ANGLING COACHING

 About me

A life long angler I have fished on all types of venues up and down the country, both in competitions and for fun.

As part of a couple of Angling teams I have competed in the Angling Trust Division One and  Division Two National Championships. I have also taken part in several attempts at getting into both the Match This and Fishomania finals but never quite had the right peg on the day.

In recent years I have focussed more on competitive carp angling and I have competed against international teams in friendly matches and more recently qualified for the BCAC Singles final. I have found this type of angling makes me think harder on how to extract a bite from the hardest of swims and I am happy bagging 'match' sized carp as much as waiting for something special.

In my own time I also love to go specimen hunting especially on my local Hampshire Avon and I will often be found appreciating a day on the bank whilst chasing shadows.

Whatever the tactic, from pole fishing for roach on the canal to blasting PVA bags out to the horizon (well almost) I will be able to develop you as an angler whether you want to catch your first, more or bigger fish.
